President
Traci, is the founder of Irish Den and the visionary that started it all. Following God's call to serve the youth of the community she set out to create a safe place for kids to go after school. Her passion is teaching kids life skills and work ethic equipping them with tools to carry with them in their future endeavors.
Vice Preident
Rhonda was a teacher for 28 years. She truly believes in living by the verse 1Peter 4:10 "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful servants of God's grace" As a board member her vision is to be available to help any person in need in our community no matter what age and being open to God's leading as she serves.
Treasurer
Mark is a retired veteran. He has his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and financial management from Central Michigan University. Before retiring he was a professor at Barton Collage teaching accounting and finance. Mark has a passion for serving others with the skills that he has.
Secretary
Terry was the Chapman High School secretary for 30 years! As a parent, grandparent, and a school secretary she sees the value in investing in our youth. She's an integral part of our team and we're so grateful for her expertise on our board. When she's not in Chapman, Terry stays busy traveling all over the United States visiting her children and grandchildren.
Board Member
Kenny is a retired veteran who has enjoyed serving in his Church's youth group for many years. He loves getting to be silly and have fun, but also getting to be there for students when life seems unfair or they run into trouble. As a father of 6 he understands the value of having a safe place to spend time with friends and build relationships.

Collin is a retired veteran who has experience working with troubled youth at 6th Ave Skate park inside Rocket Town Youth Center in Nashville Tennessee. He was a youth leader and skate instructor for 6 years and that is where his deep calling to help youth was sparked. After retiring from the Army he knew God wanted him in a place where he can help youth.
Vice Treasurer
Mary has a knack for organization and simplifying processes to make the day to day run smoothly. She manages youth group meals, streamlines coffee shop operations, and helps keep financials in order as we venture into expanding. Mary has a deep faith and strong passion for youth evident in her role as a youth leader for our Wednesday evening youth group.
