Every employee who works for Irish Den goes through an unpaid internship program before graduating to employee status. During this time, they learn how to clean properly, engage with customers professionally, communicate about schedules clearly, and generally learn how to become reliable and responsible employees. When the student graduates high school they receive a scholarship for their internship.
